Real Therapy. Real Change.
Support grounded in honesty, collaboration, and care that actually meets you where you are.
Ways to Work Together
A space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with support and intention. Together, we’ll work to better understand what’s contributing to your current challenges and identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
Through this process, you’ll build insight, strengthen coping skills, and develop more effective ways of navigating stress, relationships, and day-to-day life—creating meaningful, lasting change over time.
Couples and family therapy provide a space to improve communication, strengthen understanding, and navigate challenges within relationships. While couples therapy focuses on the dynamic between partners, family therapy expands the lens to include broader relational patterns and roles within the family system. Together, we explore what may be creating conflict or disconnection and work toward healthier, more supportive ways of relating.
Clinical supervision offers a supportive space for growth, skill development, and professional reflection. Whether you’re a pre-licensed clinician building your foundation or a fully licensed therapist seeking continued support, supervision is tailored to your level of experience and goals. Together, we’ll strengthen your clinical work, navigate challenges, and deepen your confidence and identity as a clinician. For pre-licensed clinicians, hours count towards your licensure for LMFT-As, LMSWs, and LCP-As.
A Little About Marissa
Outside of her clinical work, Marissa has been a professional equestrian show jumping athlete since 2013. Some highlights of her riding career include competing in the Maclay Finals, working alongside top riders and trainers, and spending winter seasons in Wellington. Her love of animals has always been a part of her life—she grew up with Airedale terriers and now shares her home with her two rescue cats, Sikes and Stanley.
Marissa also values her family life. Her husband is a Registered Nurse and Director of Nursing, and they share a commitment to caring for others. She is a stepmother to two boys, ages 7 and 10, one of whom has special needs, and she enjoys the time they spend together.
In her free time, Marissa enjoys creative expression through abstract art, listening to audiobooks, watching football, and unwinding with horror movies. She also enjoys all things spooky year-round.
